Mr. Stewart has a Masters Degree in Geology and over 32 years of domestic and international experience in mining and mineral exploration. Mr. Stewart has been involved in putting five gold mines into production. Mr. Stewart has approximately 22 years of experience at the senior management level for various companies listed on the Toronto and Toronto Venture Exchange.

Position: Executive Vice President and Director

Mr. Smith has been an executive and director of Copper Fox Metals since September 2004. Mr. Smith had a 38 year banking career with RBC Royal Bank, holding senior management positions in Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB, Montreal, QC and New York, NY. Mr. Smith is a Director and Treasurer of a registered public charity.

Position: Director

Mr. Echavarria is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive experience both at the executive and board levels of large corporations. He is a significant investor with major corporations in Mexico including MegaCable Holding Sab, a controlling shareholder, executive and director of Franks Distributing who are a major international distributor of fruit and vegetable produce, as well as investor and director of numerous other entities including mining.

Position: Director

Mr. Koudstaal is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a retired partner of Ernst and Young. His accounting career spans 40 plus years in The Netherlands, Canada, Africa (Nigeria), Asia (Singapore), Europe (Spain) and the United States. He retired from Ernst and Young's New York International office in 2001. Erik's multi-national clients were in natural resources, banking, manufacturing and technology. Since retiring he has been a financial consultant, and a Board Member (Treasurer) of two organizations. In January 2008 he completed the Governance Essentials Program for Directors (not-for-profit) at the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

 
#David M. Macdonald, B.Comm, M.B.A., CA
Position: Director

Mr. Macdonald graduated from Carleton University in 1973 with a B.Comm. (Honours) and then from Queen's University in 1974 with his M.B.A. and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976. He is affiliated with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. In his business career David became Supervisor, Corporate Tax, with Procter and Gamble from 1977 to 1978, Manager, Corporate Tax, with Warner Lambert Canada Ltd. from 1978 to 1982, Vice-President Corporate Finance, Royal Trustco Limited from 1982 to 1985, Vice-President and Director, F.H. Deacon Hodgson Inc. from 1985 to 1986, President of McCarthy Capital Corporation from 1986 to 1991 and Senior Vice-President and Director of Sanwa McCarthy Securities Limited, a brokerage, investment and banking firm located in Toronto, Ontario, from 1991 to 1995 and from the latter part of 1995 to 2003 was Vice Chairman, Corporate Finance at Brawley Cathers Limited where he specialized in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and taxation. From 2003 to 2009 David was Senior Vice President and Director of the Private Client Group at Blackmont Capital Inc. and as of March 1, 2009 is currently Vice Chairman & Director of Burgeonvest-Bick Securities Limited.
