Guillermo Salazar, P.Geol (AB, BC), M.A.
Position: President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Salazar has been a self-employed consultant in Calgary, Alberta, since January 1980. From 1995 to 2000 he was Chairman of the Board, President and a Director of Volcanic Metals Exploration Inc. (formerly OroGrande Resources Inc.), a publicly traded company on the TSX-V. Mr. Salazar received an Engineering Degree in Mining at the University Nac. De Ingenieria, Lima, Peru, and an M.A. (Econ Geol) from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. He was granted the designation P.Eng. and P.Geol. by APEGG of British Columbia in June 1976 and the designation P.Geol. by APEGGA in February 1979.

 
J. Michael Smith ( Calgary, Alberta)
Position: Executive Vice President and Director

In November 1999, Mr. Smith retired after a 38 years with RBC Royal Bank in Edmonton, Alberta. He was part of the Bank's senior management team occupying the position of Area Manager. During his banking career he also held management positions in Calgary, Alberta; Montreal, Quebec and New York, USA. Since retiring, Mr. Smith has acted part-time as a consultant to businesses including 955528 and Copper Fox and is a Director and Treasurer of a registered public charity.

 
Mr. Cam Grundstrom B.Sc Eng.
Position: Vice President Operations

Mr. Grundstrom joined Copper Fox Metals in 2007 and brings over 20-years of mine design, development and operations experience. He has been involved with, and responsible for the development and operation of mine on two continents, including Canada and Papua New Guinea. Most recently, Cam was the mining coordinator at BHP Billiton's Ekati Mine, where he was responsible for mine operations. In addition, Mr. Grundstrom was the mine-general foreman at Placer Dome's 225,000 tonne-per-day (gold) Porgera Joint Venture in Papua New Guinea.



 
Murray J. Hunter , CA
Position: Chief Financial Officer and Vice President

Mr. Hunter is currently owner of Murray Hunter Professional Corporation and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Canada since 1975 and has practiced in a number of provinces. Mr. Hunter has been employed as an Investment Advisor for BMO Nesbitt Burns (from 2000 to 2003), a Financial Consultant for CIBC Woody Gundy (from 1996 to 2000) and a Managing Partner for KPMG (from 1990 to 1995).

 
Shane Uren R.P. Bio., B.Sc., M.A.Sc.
Position: Vice President, Environment and Permitting

Mr. Uren is a Registered Professional Biologist in British Columbia who brings with him 10 years of environmental consulting experience in Canada and overseas.. His mining experience includes environmental assessments for BHP Billiton Diamonds Inc.'s EKATI Diamond Mine, Cambior's Rosebel Mine, Inco Ltd.'s Goro Project, NovaGold's Galore Creek Project and Thompson Creek Metal's Davidson Project. He comes to Copper Fox from Rescan Environmental Services Ltd. where he managed and participated in many recent environmental assessments in British Columbia. His experience will provide solid leadership for the Copper Fox environmental and permitting team.

 
Charles F. Agar, P.Eng. ( Calgary, Alberta)
Position: Special Advisor and Director

Mr. Agar is semi-retired and has been a self-employed consultant in Calgary, Alberta, since May 1988 to present. Mr. Agar has been a director of:
  • Shear Minerals Ltd. (a publicly traded mineral exploration company on the TSX-V) since December 1997;
  • Stratabound Minerals Corp. (a publicly traded mineral exploration company on the TSX-V) from June 1995 to December 2001;
  • Three Sisters Resorts Ltd. (a publicly traded company on the TSE from November 1989 to December 1999); and
  • Destination Resorts Inc. (a publicly traded company on the TSE from July 1997 to December 1999).
Mr. Agar received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and was granted the designation P.Eng. by APEGGA in May 1967.

 
Darren B. Fach
Position: Assistant Secretary

Mr. Fach is currently a Partner with the law firm of McLeod & Company LLP where he has practiced since 1992. He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1990. Mr. Fach has acted as corporate secretary of Elarra Limited from March 2002 to September 2002 and as secretary of Sheffield Resources Ltd. from December 1999 to October 2004. He also continues to fulfill the role of secretary to;
  • Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (since 1999) as well as Director (since 2004);
  • Superior Canadian Resources (since 2004); and
  • Telkwa Gold Corporation (since 2004).
